Resting between majestic coastal splendor and miles of rich, dense forests, this coastal villa retreats into the landscape with a subtle architectural harmony. Watching the sunset is like taking flight over an endless horizon of beautiful hues, and a gust of sea breeze heralds the waves breaking onto ancient volcanic rock.
A minimalist and warm interior helps guests surround themselves with the glorious landscape and decor, and outside you’ll find the villa’s very own private beach. It is modern, luxurious, spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped to the very highest standards.
The villa’s entrance is styled after a pebble beach, and inside you’ll find stylish and extensive use of glass, wood, steel, stone and wooden decking that will give you the feeling of being on board a ship. Entering the property via remote control security gates, the driveway curves up to a stone clad parking area, with space for several cars. Upon entering the villa you will find the spacious and airy open plan living area that features a modern, double-sided fireplace and sofas. On this floor, you’ll also find the open plan and fully-equipped kitchen offering an electric oven and induction hob, two fridge/freezers and dishwasher.
The dining area located on this floor provides a large modern dining table and chairs that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. There is also a separate kitchenette and laundry room equipped with a washing machine, should you feel the need to do a little laundry during your stay.
The villa’s first two bedrooms are located on the first floor – comprising of a double bedroom with en suite shower room and bidet, and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both of the bedrooms have access to a veranda through large patio doors, giving an outstanding and unobstructed view of the Mediterranean.
Moving to the lower ground floor, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms. Both of these are doubles with en suite shower rooms, and have access to a spacious terrace equipped with outside furniture so you can take a moment to relax with an evening drink and enjoy the views of the sunset or the mountainous pine forest.
There’s also an outside toilet and separate shower for use when returning from the beach.There’s a signposted nature walk that starts right next to the villa and takes you to an elevated position in the nearby forest, where you’ll find a spectacular view of the volcanic coastline. Then there’s always the opportunity to take a long, lazy walk on the beach!
Local restaurants and a shops are exactly 2km from the villa. Polis town is roughly a 10 minute drive. The seaside fishing villages of Pomos and Latsi are very close, and offer a wealth of seaside activities including scuba diving, boat rental and day trips.Traditional Cypriot dishes can be ordered from our chef, which will then be delivered to the villa for an authentic in-house dining experience.
