A light and spacious seven-bedroom villa, Casa Tavarez provides a wonderful welcome to the Dominican Republic. Located on the exclusive Casa de Campo resort on the southern coast, this villa looks out on a golf course and lies just a short drive from the resort’s marina and Minitas Beach.
This spectacular property features a large outdoor area with lawn and terraces, complemented by an exquisite swimming pool. A gazebo with a bar, seating area and barbecue provides the perfect place to relax with a drink or two, and there are shaded areas to relax with a book right outside the house.
The open design of the villa means the interior and outdoor areas simply flow into each other. Directly accessible from the terrace area are the main living and dining spaces. There is room for several guests to enjoy the LCD television and sound system as there is plenty of comfortable seating. Likewise, the dining area can seat up to twenty people at a pair of glass-topped tables, making it ideal for a special occasion dinner.
The master bedroom is found on the second floor and features a king-size bed and a private study, as well as an en-suite bathroom. The remaining six bedrooms are also spacious and well furnished, each with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. You also have air-conditioning throughout the property for your comfort.

This makes the painstaking recreation all the more impressive; along with an archaeological museum and cultural centre, you will even find an incredible open-air amphitheatre. Big-name musicians often visit Casa de Campo, so don’t be surprised to find the likes of Elton, Sting or Bryan Adams playing there.
