This villa is located within easy reach of all the amenities and attractions of the Casa de Campo resort, including the private Minitas Beach. A wonderful view of one of the resort’s three golf courses, with the Caribbean Sea in the distance, is just one of this property’s highlights.
There is a large infinity pool right outside the house, accompanied by a hot tub and a spacious terrace with sun loungers, seating and covered areas. The open design of the house provides both easy access to this area, and a clear view of it. Also, outside you will find a dining area and barbecue for some convivial evenings together.
Inside, you have several lounge areas showcasing some impressive interior design, as well as a formal dining room and professional kitchen. Another covered, open-sided dining space on the upper floor is ideal for informal gatherings, and enjoys a wonderful view.
The house contains seven bedrooms, with three twin rooms on the first floor. The two Master suites and a further two guest bedrooms can be found on the second floor, accessible via an elevator or beautiful staircase. All have en-suite bathrooms. A gallery area with lounge connects the two wings of the house, providing another relaxing space.
At the resort you will find a wide range of sports facilities, for golf, tennis, polo and much more, as well as a spa, gym, beach club and a variety of restaurants. It’s just a short drive to the marina, and to the village of Altos de Chavon, one of the most special areas, less than 2km from the villa.The exclusive Casa de Campo resort is the jewel of the Dominican Republic’s southern coast, and boasts an array of top-notch facilities. Sporty types can make use of thirteen tennis courts or one of the resort’s three top-flight golf courses. There is also polo, shooting, a soccer school and a variety of water-sports, such as kayaking, snorkelling and deep-sea fishing.Another highlight of Casa de Campo is the charming riverside village of Altos de Chavon – a modern-day recreation of a 16th-century village, opened in 1982.
Among its attractions are an archaeological museum and an impressive 5,000-seater amphitheatre. Music legends from Sting to J-Lo and Frank Sinatra have appeared there, and the atmosphere certainly adds a special element to any show.
