Villa Fiorenza is a large renovated stone farmhouse, perched on a hilltop 700 metres above sea level, and located within private grounds in the Umbria-Marche region of the Apennine mountain range. The two storey structure has been restored to an elegant and refined standard, and can accommodate up to 30 people across a range of luxurious double, triple and twin bedrooms.
In what was once a building of religious significance, large groups or families can find peace and relaxation on their own private grounds, surrounded by natural woodland and green space. Also outside is a splendid private swimming pool built into the hillside, offering panoramic views of the regional convergence point between Tuscany, Marche and Umbria. This is a region famed for its truffles which are served in nearby restaurants, served with tagliatelle, eggs or crostini, all combined with a glass of Italian wine to present an experience for your palate and a rare delicacy not to be missed!
Although apparently isolated amid a rolling sea of evergreen, the house is reached by a dirt road and is in fact conveniently located just 8km from the town of Appechio, which has a post office, pharmacy, bank and mini-market. Being nestled amidst such natural beauty, but with plenty of local conveniences and activities, Villa Fiorenza offers a gentle return to the simple joys that urban life has left behind.Villa Fiorenza is located in the hearth of Italy, is between Marche, Umbria and Tuscany, in the Appennine. Around Villa Fiorenza you can see the wild and romantic landscape, here you can feel the nature and the privacy, all that we lost in the big cities.
At the same time is a good departure to go visiting many artistics cities like Urbino 45km, Perugia 80Km, Florence 145km, Gubbio 35km.
For the nature lovers, there is Matteo, a friend of the owners who will guide you through the Monte Nerone’s trails and caves for an unforgettable experience.
Near the property (3km), you can find the best example of Apecchio’s cooking, Acquapartita Restaurant, where you can taste truffle, Fiorentina steak and more delectable local specialities.
If you want fishing then you only need to travel 4 kilometeres to reach Gabbiani lake, or alternatively you can travel the same distance to play tennis or football  in Serravalle di carda. For those desiring a little more adventure you can rent your own mountain bike in Piobbico, a small commune nestled within an Appenine valley.
Around 30 kilometeres away you can experience the wild beauty of Acqualagna on horseback, being sure to visit the spectacular Furlo Gorge and the excavated Roman farm at Villa di Colombara.
