Villa Mantini Italy
Holiday Home Rental Description
Villa Mantini sits on an incredible 60 hectare estate, surrounded by grapevines, in the Florentine Chianti hills. The estate houses several beautifully-restored barns and farmhouses, a restaurant and an ex-convent built in the 12th century. With guaranteed privacy, Villa Mantini offers a tranquil Tuscan escape that the whole family will love.
This magnificent villa sleeps six with exposed beams and a traditional rustic décor that perfectly complements the surrounding landscape.
On the ground floor, the living areas are linked by beautiful brick archways with pale tile flooring. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for dining in and the open plan living area has plenty of comfy couches for relaxing at the end of the day. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with garden access and a family bathroom.
Up on the first floor are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a second family bathroom. Large windows throughout the house let in lots of natural light giving the space an open, airy feel.
The outside area is well landscaped with a lovely pool and lounge chairs for guests to soak up the summertime sun. There is a furnished patio opposite the pool for al fresco dining or sunset cocktails.
Visitors to Tuscany come for many reasons. Many come in search of fine art and others to explore the extraordinary countryside. Gourmets and wine buffs descend on Tuscany to enjoy the simple but wonderful cuisine and wine. Walkers enjoy the mountain paths, cyclists the rolling hills, and summer vacationers the sea coast and islands. Students come to learn the beautiful Italian language and culture.
From the Etruscans to the Romans to the Renaissance, Tuscany is possibly the greatest repository of art in the world, from extraordinary paintings and sculptures to frescoes and architectural masterpieces. This captivating region is a hub of Italian life, boasting the finest dining, the finest wines and breathtakingly picturesque scenery.
