Located in the fabulous Aviana resort, the villa benefits from all the amenities you could need for a relaxing Florida holiday! Guests can enjoy access to all the excellent resort facilities, providing endless entertainment for kids, with its clubhouse, swimming pool and the fitness area, as well as sand volleyball, a picnic area and a children’s playground!
Spread over one floor, the villa has been carefully designed to suit family holidays, giving everyone their own space, whilst also providing social entertaining areas, where you can spend time as a group. As you arrive, the villa opens out into the open-plan entertaining room, with patio doors leading out onto the private terrace. The traditional furnishings create the effect of a home away from home, giving a warmth and cosiness to the space that encourages you to sit back and relax. Boasting a dining table, sofas, and a fully-equipped kitchen, there is everything you need to enjoy relaxed days as a family, with often the hardest decision, being whether to dine inside or out! High ceilings in the room make it feel spacious and bright, so even when all eight guests are in this one room, it feels as though you have plenty of space.
Villa Carter also benefits from a fabulous games room with a pool table, air hockey and foosball table. This room has been cleverly converted from the garage, providing entertainment for kids and adults alike – we often find the adults are the more competitive ones!
Throughout the rest of the villa, you will find the four spacious bedrooms, each room is designed to meet all your comforts, with storage for your belongings and comfy beds, so you can relax each evening. There is a master suite offering a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, as well as an en-suite double and two twin rooms that share a family bathroom.  
Outside on the patio, there is room to dine outside, read your book on a sun lounger, or cool off in the private pool after busy days exploring the parks. Villa Carter is a great base for exploring all that Florida has to offer!
