Villa Clarke is a new, welcoming 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury villa sleeping up to 10 people in a brilliant Kissimmee location ready to enjoy all of the exciting magical adventures on offer.
Guests will relax in the modern bright open plan living/dining area with direct access to the private west facing pool and spa pool with outdoor furniture and spacious terrace. The pool area is very light with a grassed area behind it making it seem more private and light. Delicious meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and useful breakfast bar. The villa has wireless internet, central air conditioning, telephone with free local calls and cable tv’s in the main living room and all bedrooms. Children will love the games room with table football and pool table.
The exterior of the villa is very tidy and there is a double garage and driveway for parking. As well as the well appointed kitchen and bright family/dining room there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, together with a useful separate downstairs toilet and laundry room.
On the second floor there are a further 4 bedrooms including the master with it’s ensuite and 2 twins perfect for children, another double room and 2 further luxury bathrooms and a loft space. There is no shortage of wardrobe space for those holiday outfits!
Villa Clarke is very comfortable with 2 king beds, 1 queen and 2 twin bedrooms and ideal for family or friend groups wanting to relax in private as well as being close to take in Orlando. It is all tastefully decorated in neutral colours.
The villa is situated on a wonderful resort – The Retreat at Champions Gate, Kissimmee which is a gated resort close to all of the popular ‘must-go’ famous Orlando attractions. The Villa
This luxury home is nestled in the Retreat at Champions Gate resort in Kimmissee Florida, just 12 miles from Walt Disney World itself but also central to the other famous parks and attractions on offer.
There is plenty of shopping with various outlet centres for those guests wanting time out from the parks if they can indeed pull themselves away!
The resort is only a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport on very easy roads/highway 4.
Guests wanting beach access can be sunbathing on the Sunshine States fabulous Atlantic Coast within an hour and within 40 miles you can enjoy the amazing waters of the Gulf Coast. Some guests choose to combine beach holidays with the exhilarating excitement of the adventure parks of Orlando.
For those golf lovers, the Champions Gate Golf Club is onsite. The International Course is designed around scenic natural wetlands and features long carries, deep pot bunkers, grass topped dunes and large undulating greens.
