Designed over two floors, the property is bright and spacious, flooded with natural light from the various patio doors and windows! The villa itself offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, socialising as a group, as well as enjoying quiet moment alone.
On the ground floor there is a sociable, open-plan living space with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. This large room is designed for the whole group to come together, spending quality time chatting, laughing and sharing stories, away from everyone’s busy day-to-day lives. Patio doors open from the kitchen out to the sunny terrace, so you can meander in and out with ease. Within the same room, nestled into the corner with a cosy atmosphere you will find the lounge, furnished with a large L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen television, the space feels like a home away from home.
The master suite with its luxurious king-size bed and modern en-suite bathroom can be found on the ground floor. Stepping upstairs, you will find the remaining four room, all with elegant en-suites. Each room throughout the villa has been designed with your comfort in mind, blending modern comforts with relaxed styles so you can make yourself at home. With a second cosy lounge on the top floor and a games room downstairs, Villa Dylan has plenty of room for kids to enjoy their own space as well – although the games room is often just as popular with adults!
