This spacious villa offers living areas spread over two floors, filled with contemporary furnishings and sophisticated design, with all the mod-cons you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of room in the open-plan spaces to enjoy time together as a group, as well as space to enjoy quiet moments individually.
The ground floor of the villa is predominantly made up of a spacious family room, with graceful doors opening out onto the sunny terrace. The entire room feels bright and airy, with sunlight streaming into every corner, enlivening the space. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, with an island that creates loads of room for a group of guests to cook together – you could even get the kids involved in the food preparation! The dining table sits in line with the patio doors, so even when you’re dining inside, you get a sense of the Florida sunshine. Across the room, a large L-shaped sofa takes pride of place, with a television and comfy cushions adding an intimate, cosy nature to the room. Guests can either curl up and catch up on some TV or finish this summer’s bestsellers, all in the same room as everyone else, cooking and chatting in the other corner.
The bedrooms are spread over both floors of the villa, with three king-size en-suites and two twin bedrooms that share a jack-and-jill bathroom. One of the double rooms is on the ground floor, with the rest upstairs, comfortably sleeping ten guests.
The private terrace at the back of the villa offers guests a chance to enjoy the famous Florida sun, taking a dip in the pool and enjoying some quiet time away from the crowds.
