When you open the front door, your gaze is directed down an elegant hallway, through the bright family room and onto the sunny terrace. Having this direct view makes the outdoors feel like part of the villa, extending the living areas out into the sunshine. With an outdoor dining space, relaxed sofas and a fabulous private swimming pool – this space is perfect for relaxing after busy days exploring the parks. A fence around the pool keeps young kids safe when running about and playing, ideal for young families.
When the patio doors are opened up, guests can meander between the terrace and the spacious, open-plan family room with ease. A beautiful large, modern kitchen with a sociable breakfast bar and a huge dining table that offers space for sixteen guests to dine together makes the room ideal for entertaining and creating lasting memories with your loved ones.
Opposite the kitchen, a huge sofa is positioned in front of the television, amazing for anyone that wants to curl up and get relaxed, sharing stories and laughing into the evening. Upstairs a second living area offers large groups the chance to split up, with adults socialising downstairs and kids watching a movie upstairs, giving everyone room to do their own thing!
On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, all of which boast modern en-suite bathrooms. The remaining bedrooms are all on the first floor, with five doubles and a bright twin bedroom, as well as five bathrooms.
