Villa Mckayla is a fantastic home located in the Solterra Resort in Davenport. The large villa has nine bedrooms for eighteen guests to enjoy and includes a private pool and games room. With a south-facing outdoor area, you can really make the most of the Florida sunshine and enjoy lazy days by the pool in this lovely home from home.
A large open-plan kitchen, dining and living room makes up most the ground floor. This is a brilliant space for gathering and making the most of having some quality time together. The kitchen has a huge island unit which also hosts a breakfast bar. There is lots of space for preparing big meals, while you can also enjoy a glass of wine and a good catch up with your loved ones. The kitchen is fully-equipped and can cater for most meals. After cooking, you can enjoy group meals at the adjacent dining table. Being right next to the kitchen, serving up couldn’t be easier, while the large windows behind the table ensure there is plenty of light during the day. Afterwards, you can retire to the living area, the huge sofa is perfect for curling up and enjoying a movie, or just continuing the conversation from dinner. Also, on the ground floor is the villa’s games room. With air hockey, pool and table football, there is plenty to keep everyone occupied. Why not set up a little competition between the group through the week to find out who is the best! For moments of privacy, head up to the second living room on the first floor. It has a large sofa and television, perfect for some peace and quiet with your book or even your favourite movie.
The villa has nine bedrooms with seven bathrooms, and two of the bedrooms are twin rooms perfect to children, with the remaining all being double bedrooms. Outside, lay back on one of the sun loungers and soak up the sun before jumping in the private pool to cool off. You can even enjoy lunch by the pool with an outdoor dining table and chairs!
