The family-friendly villa is part of the famous Solterra Resort in Davenport, Florida, and is only a 15-minute drive from world-famous attractions like Walt Disney World and the Magic Kingdom.
Kids are spoilt for choice with the large swimming pool, lazy river and playground, while adults can relax in the Jacuzzi or work up a sweat in the fitness centre or on the tennis courts.
The villa itself has all the laid-back charm of a family home. Think modern amenities like a washing machine and large American-style fridge freezer (of course) and cosy furnishings including comfy beds with colourfully patterned bed linen.
There are two master bedrooms – one upstairs and one downstairs – as well as a large bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The twin rooms are ideal for younger children, picking up on the Disney theme with playful Mickey and Minnie Mouse bedding.
The large open-plan living, kitchen and dining room takes up most of the ground floor – so, there’s enough room for all the family to be together.
When you’re not relaxing by your private swimming pool and the kids are challenging their siblings or mates to a game of pool, football or air hockey in the games room, the resort’s facilities or surrounding area is calling.
