This unique and spacious, one-storey villa is located in the popular Solterra Resort, just 15-minutes from the bustling atmosphere at the Disney parks. Guests have complimentary use of the resort’s fantastic amenities which include a clubhouse with a community pool, fitness centre, children’s play area, tennis and volleyball courts, internet cafe and a lounge!
From the moment you arrive, this one of a kind villa makes you feel at home, with extra luxuries that feel like a real treat! The furnishings are predominantly black and white, creating a sleek, sophisticated feel to the whole villa, with touches of colour and Disney features in the bedrooms that give each individual room its own style.
Spread over one spacious floor, with high ceilings and bright windows that fill the space with light, there are four generous bedrooms and beautiful open-plan living spaces. There is a master suite, alongside a queen size double room with its own en-suite. There is also a further queen size room and a Disney themed twin bedroom, perfect for kids! The last two bedrooms share a modern family bathroom.
The garage has been completely transformed into a fabulous games room.  Popular with adults and kids alike, this large space boasts a pool, Foosball and ice hockey table, as well as a dual player Video/Arcade machine; let the family championships begin!
For those who enjoy TV entertainment, the main lounge has a flat-screen television surrounded by comfy sofas so you can curl up and settle in for a movie or two each evening! For social evenings and spending quality time with your loved ones, the entire living area is open-plan, so whilst some of the guests cook, the rest can gather around, chatting and socialising away from the hustle and bustle of day to day lives. The space is split into two dining areas, two lounges and a contemporary kitchen at the heart. With separate seating areas, the group can split up, with watching movies, whilst other chat and play games, or enjoy a quiet moment reading a book – there is something for everyone!
The special touches of this villa continue out onto the terrace, with one of the largest private swimming terraces in the resort. There is a barbecue, outdoor dining table, comfy seating, sun loungers and finally the fabulous private pool, all shaded by a lanai covering.
