This elegant 18th Century house comes with the benefit of having its own park and forest – great if you’re looking to get back to nature or have kids who enjoy getting their hands dirty! There are hectares of property to wander and discover, all nestled in the heart of the Normadie-Maine Natural Park.
The property also has plenty of promenades, as well as a private tennis court.Chateau Perreault is located in the middle of the Natural Park of Nomandie-Maine, and can be found close to the villages of La Ferrière-Bochard and Alençon, a convenient 9km to the motorway.
