Villa Violet is an artist’s villa in Le Lavandou. It’s a new build, a contemporary villa with superb views of the coastline and the bay of Lavandou. Ideally situated in a residential area and only 2km away from the closest beach, this villa offers guests great comfort and plenty to do.
It’s ideal for a holiday with family or friends, with five spacious air-conditioned double bedrooms with TVs, decorated with contemporary paintings and a dorm for kids that also makes a fantastic playground.
A large outdoor summer seating area overlooks the 8x4m heated pool. Families will be delighted by the lay out of the villa which allows children to have their own area: a cool dormitory with a bar football, a wide screen cabled TV, DVD player, video games and more.
The nearest supermarket is only 1 km away down the Route des Lavandières. The nearest pharmacy is inside the supermarket which is also open on Sunday mornings during the summer season. Next to this, you’ll find a wine merchant and a grocery store. The nearest beach is in the village (2km) and can be accessed on foot in 30-minutes via a road with footpaths called La Route Des Lavandières. It is a winding road down to the beach, so be aware that the return will be uphill! Alternatively, you can always reach the beach by car as it is only 3km away. In addition, several other beautiful beaches are also located within a short driving distance.The rental price includes bed linen, towels and bath towels, and the cleaning lady will come once a week for 3 hours to clean up. End of stay cleaning fee is included as well as the heating fe for the pool. Baby sitter, private chef and other services can be arranged on demand. Small pets are very welcome.
