This exclusive 7 bedroom private property is located just minutes from the centre of St Tropez and its famous restaurants, bars and port. This beautiful property consists of four master bedrooms and three regular bedrooms – each with its own bathroom and flat-screen television. The villa has central heating and air-conditioning and a heated pool.
The first thing one sees upon entering Villa Grand Modern is the stunning view of the Mediterranean from the two-story window in the entrance. The view continues to charm as we proceed to the immense living area, which includes comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. The bar area of the living room includes an equipped bar, wine cellar and a games table. The large living area also boasts a dining table that seats 14 people for indoor dining.
A small office area is off to the side, complete with a printer and telephone. From the living room, one can venture out onto the terrace to further enjoy the Mediterranean views from the outdoor living area. The outdoor terrace also boasts a dining table that seats 12 people for lovely outdoor dining while gazing at the sea. On windy days, one can still enjoy outdoor dining on the back patio dining table which seats 12.
One amazing advantage of Villa Grand Modern is that it offers four master bedrooms. One master bedroom is located on the living room floor. It offers stunning sea views. The other three masters are found by descending the spectacular entrance staircase with its two-story picture window looking out onto the Mediterranean. Each master bedroom offers lovely sea views, flat-screen televisions in the bedrooms as well as the bathrooms, in-room air conditioning controls and direct outdoor access.
You can walk directly from your room to the lovely pool area that is enhanced by century-old olive trees and tall palm trees. There you will find a 20 by 5-meter heated pool, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds for 16 people. The pool area also consists of a shaded sitting area, a dining table for 12 people and a bar to enjoy chilled rosé wine in the sun. For the more sporty guests, a large Ping-Pong table is waiting to be put to use at the other end of the pool. The pool house offers an indoor and outdoor shower to cool off after a long day in the sun.
After a long day in the sun, one can relax in the fully equipped sports room that offers running machines, a stationary bike, mats and weights. You can also wind down in the sports room’s hammam and bathroom/shower. Villa Grand Modern also offers a cinema room where you can stretch out and enjoy a movie on one of the 5 chaise lounges.
