Villa Xuwicha is set in a tranquil spot, overlooking the glorious beach in Nam Pran, Pranburi, just 30km south of Hua Hin. Sugar-white sand beaches and the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand blend with the local village life and beautiful mangrove forests, unspoilt nature and wildlife that this region is known for.

Nam Pran promises unparalleled tranquillity, seclusion and luscious greenery, at less than half an hour from the bright lights and attractions of Hua Hin. Surrounded by dense forests, pristine beaches, caves, shrines and temples, there is so much on offer for visitors to the region. Pak Nam Pran is home to a small few fishing communities, sustainable living communities and generally offers a low-key atmosphere away from commercial attractions.

For a unique taste of local life, Koh Tao Island is 15km from the Khai Takiab coast. This isolated island is home to a fishing village with generations-old community remaining mostly untouched by modern life, offering magical secluded bays, forests and mountains.

For a taste of Thai spiritual life, a trip to the Chao Mae Tubtim Thong Shrine offers a mystical setting, which, after a hike, visitors will come across the large Buddha and bell tower and will be rewarded with excellent views of the river and mangrove trees across Pranburi.

For nightlife, shopping and the buzz of cosmopolitan life, Hua Hin is a pulsating hub of music, clubs, dining, market life and its very own “Venice” replica complete with canals and gondola rides! The night markets are a dazzling display of local wares and colourful street life that are an unforgettable scene of Thai culture and tourist influence.
