The stunning and immaculate Can Farallon is nestled high on the hillside in the exclusive Roca Llisa gated development between the villages of Jesus and Cala Llonga. It is considered to be the best urbanization on Ibiza, a haven of peace, tranquillity and luxury with astonishing, unparalleled panoramic vistas of the turquoise waters and islands. All of the properties in the area are set on the hilly terrain facing the sea, guaranteeing spectacular sea views.  Can Farallon is stylish and modern. It is built over two levels with four bedrooms, sleeping eight guests and three different terraces, all offering stunning panorama. The upper level is home to a gorgeous open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, a guest bathroom and several chill-out areas, all benefitting from huge windows making the most of the stunning scenery. The living area is bright and airy, modern in design with comfy sofas and vivid art. The kitchen is high-end, sleek and trendy.  The bedrooms are on the lower floor. The master suite boasts a kingsize bed which faces the sea, a fabulous ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower and direct access to the pool terrace. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed, pool terrace access and access to 1 of 2 shared bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds though they can easily be made into super king beds. One of these bedrooms has access to the pool terrace, and they share the two bathrooms with bedroom 2. The bedrooms are all light and airy, with pale walls and bright accents from artwork or accessories. The villa is extremely well maintained and of a very high spec.  The outside space is delightful. A wooden terrace leads to the fabulous infinity pool and has comfortable, stylish sun loungers. There are two alfresco dining areas and an outdoor lounge area, all enjoying the spectacular views.The gorgeous, exclusive Roca Llisa development is smart, beautiful and offers the most stunning views out to the turquoise waters. This luxurious residential area also contains a golf course as well as a stunning, prestigious wellness centre that specialises in yoga, pilates and other holistic treatments. If you turn left shortly after entering the security gates of Roca Llisa, a small unmade road leads you to the tiny beach of Cala Olivera. The road down can be a bit tricky, so you may want to walk down. You will feel like you are on a private beach. Golf lovers can play 9 or 18 holes on the Golf de Ibiza course and enjoy lunch in the restaurant afterwards.  The delightful Cala Llonga resort is a lovely, family-friendly resort with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and cashpoints as well as a fabulous silver sanded beach, flanked by pine-clad hills on either side. There is a children’s play area with a playground and a mini amusement park. Santa Eulalia, just north of Cala Llonga, boasts an exclusive yacht marina and some of the island’s best restaurants. The seafront promenade is adorned with palm trees, miniature gardens and a large fountain. It runs the length of the beach. If you keep walking to the right, you will arrive at Mariner’s beach where you can enjoy the sands and a pretty river walk. Santa Eulalia, Ibiza’s third largest resort, has a long-established reputation as the island’s gastronomic and cultural centre. The beautiful, fortified 16th-century church of Puig de Missa presides over the town from a hill above. It is stunning when lit up at night.  On 8 September, the beautiful Church of Nostra Mare De Jesus in the lovely village of Jesus holds the annual Patron Saint of Jesus Fiesta. The festivities include a mass, a parade with cornets and drums, offerings of fruits, live music, fireworks and a street party. The village is wonderful and boasts good restaurants. The secluded S’Estanyol beach is very close by with its wooden walkway which takes you straight into the sea.  Ibiza Town is home to the world-famous Pacha nightclub. Playa d’en Bossa is Ibiza’s own version of South Beach and home to several top-notch nightclubs. Otherwise, for a glitzy nightlife, you can head to the swanky bars and world-class restaurants littering the pavements in the pretty Old Town and the trendy Marina Botafoch. The gay-friendly back streets of Sa Penya also come alive at night. Foodies and history buffs will enjoy the annual May Eivissa Medieval Festival three-day event celebrating the anniversary of the town’s UNESCO World Heritage listing. The ancient walled fortress of Dalt Vila is absolutely charming with narrow, cobbled streets brimming with cathedrals, chapels, churches and museums.
