Sunlight floods through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, illuminating the magical modern spaces. The living space is open plan in clean, neutral tones with exquisite contemporary furnishings, some of which have been imported from Bali. The kitchen is sleek and dazzling. It is very sociable with a breakfast bar, perfect for some pre-dinner drinks and to keep the cook company.  The glorious master bedroom suite makes the most of the south-facing garden views from its private terrace. It boasts a kingsize bed decked with luxury linens and an astonishing ensuite bathroom designed with micro-cement finishing. It offers a gorgeous bath as well as a huge walk-in shower. The remaining three bedrooms continue the raw, minimalist theme and offer deluxe double beds. They share two bathrooms with walk-in showers and luxurious toiletries.  The fabulous interior is matched by the exquisite design of the exterior spaces. There are two stretches to the excellent swimming pool. The shallower strait is perfect for toddlers and young children, and the other strait of the L-shape is deeper for swimming. Laid-back poolside lounging is provided on the grassy banks or the wooden deck. There is also luxury lounge seating and a wonderful, sheltered alfresco dining area and barbecue to the side of the villa. Can Mundo is perfect for entertaining!Cala Llonga is an excellent location. It is certainly a happening place but is also relaxed, tranquil and friendly. It offers amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and cashpoints. It is a complete mini-resort and boasts a magnificent silver sanded beach which is clasped by the fragrant pine-clad hills on either side.  Its near neighbour, Santa Eulalia, is established as one of the island’s cultural and gastronomic centres, with art galleries, artisan shops, interesting monuments and architectural attractions, and history in gastronomy. The glamorous yacht marina is home to some of the island’s best restaurants, swanky boutiques and some incredible floating palaces. It is a great people-watching spot. Even if you just want to window shop, it is a great place to be. The beautiful, palm-lined promenade runs the length of the broad and sandy beach and leads some lovely, meandering river walks. It is perfect for an evening stroll before your aperitif and seafood dinner. Perched above Santa Eulalia is the fascinating 16th-century architecture of the Church of our Lady of Jesus, at the summit of the Puig de Missa. From the top, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the municipality of Santa Eulalia, including the Santa Gertrudis, Es Caná, San Carlos and the beautiful bay of Cala Llonga.  The buzzy Ibiza Town is extremely diverse and boasts a fabulous historical centre; the World Heritage-listed Dalt Vila as well as an electric nightlife, outstanding shopping and excellent restaurants. Overlooking the town in all its majesty, Dalt Vila is a treasure trove of history, mystery and discoveries spanning 2500 years. The narrow, winding cobbled streets offer magnificent views from the breaks in the high ramparts. The Plaza de Vila boasts many cosy restaurants, impressive art galleries and shops. The Contemporary Art Museum is excellent. The imposing Cathedral of Nuestra Senora de las Nieves boasts views as far as Ibiza’s sister island Formentera. Cinema Paradiso is an open-air cinema in Dalt Vila showing the latest film releases. The new and trendy Marina Botafoch boasts excellent fine-dining restaurants, bars and boutiques. The renowned super-club Pacha is just minutes away from where the cream of the world’s DJ’s such as Sven Vath and David Guetta take up residence.  Ibiza oozes a quintessential bohemian spirit and entrances guests with its pine-clad hills, its hidden hamlets, its spectacular beaches, its crystal-clear, dazzling turquoise waters, its hushed churches and historical monuments.
