This stunning, modern villa is located in the region known as ‘ the golden mile between Porroig and Es Cubells, a region favoured by the rich and famous. It is quiet, glamorous and boasts incredible, picture-postcard sea views.  Casa La Cima’s sprawling, impressive style and stunning interior spaces are an absolute delight. The dazzling polished white stone floors glow as the sun illuminates this fantastic space through the floor to ceiling doors and windows. The sparkling, state-of-the-art Boffi kitchen offers a sociable interior dining area with table seating for 10 and opens directly to the vast deck. Winding further around the magnificent huge glass frontage, the living areas boast sumptuous sofas and a cosy fireplace nook with a Bali limestone and black granite fireplace. Again the views are astonishing, and there is immediate access to the terrace. You cannot help but smile when entering the room.  There are five immaculate, huge bedrooms, each with a pristine, trendy bathroom. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the ground floor terrace. On the upper floor, two of these gorgeous bedrooms deliver further amazing views and the master, taking the whole of the top floor, boasts views all the way to Formentera from the bedroom and terrace. The master also benefits from a fitted dressing room, a superb bathroom with a freestanding bath, a shower and his and hers sinks and a fabulous terrace day bed facing towards the sea, as well as other deluxe outdoor lounge furniture.
The sublime furnishings everywhere are complemented by extraordinary pieces of art. The soft white hues of the rooms are broken with vivid colours and strategically placed furniture. The effect is mesmerizing. The fifth bedroom is a one-bedroom guest apartment with an outstanding ensuite bathroom, private courtyard and both internal and external access. This may be particularly suited to grandparents who may appreciate a little space of their own.  The sleek hardwood deck stretches along the full width of the villa, offering shaded lounging and dining spaces as well as sun-drenched ones around the stunning infinity pool. Es Cubells is a tiny, charming village on the edge of the cliff with a strikingly beautiful white-stone beach and glorious views over to Porroig. This area is so attractive as you can relax during the day in these tranquil spots and enjoy the bustling life of Ibiza Town by night. The VIP Cala Jondal Bay is home to the impressive Blue Marlin and Yemanja Beach Club, where champagne flows and the beautiful rich set chill to the regular techno DJ beats. These world-class clubs and restaurants also offer pick-up services from luxury yachts in the bay.  The arc-shaped golden, glistening beach of Cala d’Hort boasts astonishing, uninterrupted views of one of Ibiza’s most beautiful natural spectacles, the island of Es Vedra. It is a rocky limestone formation that juts out of the turquoise sea waters as if it had been superimposed on the water. It is a magical spot to watch the sunset. Rumour has it that Es Vedra is one of the most magnetic places in the world, but who knows…. San Jose is worth a trip for some shopping or a meal. It is a charming, welcoming village in the foothills of Sa Talaia, the highest mountain on the island. The delightful Saturday morning market boasts around 20 stalls offering local and organic produce, including fruit, vegetables, home-made bread and pastries, as well as artists selling paintings, ceramics and sculptures.  Ibiza Town’s world-famous Pacha nightclub is home to some of the best DJ’s attracted to the island. Clubbers adore it, as well as the Ushuaia and Space clubs on the fabulous Playa d’en Bossa. Playa d’en Bossa is the longest beach on the island, a paradise for the young crowd with low-tempo music flowing from beachfront DJ’s. There are also watersports and restaurants galore. Swanky bars and world-class, fine-dining restaurants can be found in the pretty Old Town of Ibiza and the new and trendy Marina Botafoch. Ibiza Town’s ancient walled fortress of Dalt Vila is a treasure trove of narrow, cobbled streets littered with cathedrals, chapels, churches, museums, and flower-adorned balconies.
