Sunset is a charming three-bedroom beach house on a fabulous site: a double lot absolutely on the edge of the beach and the sea. The wide blue all-day view is topped off by a sunset sky and a stunning night time view of the sparkling lights of the town of Montego Bay 12 miles across the sea.
The only sounds in this peaceful Villa are the rustle of the trade winds and the lapping of the waves on the beach. This beach house really is a dream location, situated on the beach front, with 24 louvred doors in the living room it is 38 feet from the breakfast table to the sand and a 50 foot kayak to a live reef or swim. The colour scheme is tranquil, made up of peaches and creams, pink and greens and yellows and blues.
The flat screen TV’s bring in dozens of cable stations. A SONY MP3 makes the rafters ring. The Tryall Club itself provides golf and tennis, water sports and beach parties and even a terrific kids club.
Chef Suzie’s extraordinary culinary talents make mealtimes memorable. Her homemade lobster fettuccine and chocolate soufflé are amazing.
Two side-by-side bedrooms provide proximity for parents and children. Suzie prepares special meals for youngsters and feeds them early if their parents wish. Children love to play on the beach and the large, soft lawn. Beach toys are provided as are nannies on request. The computer-controlled salt water pool is immaculate and uses no chlorine so the kids can open their eyes under water! No tears from toddlers and the Brown Jordan chaises are excellent for kids and adults too.
Parents can also take the complimentary golf cart up the hill to the Hummingbird Kids Club where the children can meet others their own age!
A large granite bar in the living room is never more than a few feet away from anyone. The fridge and icemaker mean cold drinks are always right there within walking distance from the pool and only a short trot from the beach!
