Downstairs in the main house, you will find the master bedroom and living room, perfect for a more intimate evening meal and kick back time! Leading out onto the verandah, elevated from the lawn and feast on the outdoor table, to top wonderful days out with sunset dining! Step barefoot on the grass and make your way over to the infinity, salt water pool to splash or soak in the dazzling Jamaican sun! Those who don’t want to swim, can take a shaded stretch on a beautiful pillar and roof by the poolside area and have lazy day chats or naps! Best of all the pool also has a child-friendly pool alongside, so everyone can have fun together! A playground for the little ones will ensure kids will have a memorable day, laughing and frolicking, whilst you can still maintain any regimes and resolutions with the full gym, which includes a lovely massage table!
The top level in the main house boasts two more double bedrooms with balconies and breathtaking sea views, fantastic for families! One of the more special rooms on the grounds, the home theatre, where a 100-inch television, will keep families on the edge of their seats!
Guests staying at the cottage next to the main house also receive the cooling chill of the air conditioning, which runs through the entirety of both houses in the villa! With an open plan living room and covered patio with chairs and tables, feel like royalty in any of the outstanding spots in Villa Shanise!
Golf enthusiasts rejoice! On its two acres, Villa Shanise borders the famous White Witch golf course and has direct walk-on access to the fourth tee, virtually in your own backyard! Use the two complementary, two-seater golf carts provided, to haul you and your challengers to games and visit two more championship golf courses five minutes away, Cinnamon Hill and Half Moon!Just a short distance from Montego Bay lies the idyllic town, St. Brans Burg, situated on the northern coast of Jamaica. Villa Shanise’s location in this beautiful town means you can have a relaxed time with the friendly community whilst having peace from the lack of built up activity!

The Rockland’s Bird Sanctuary is a magical place to start your adventures. Thousand of birds both flock and live here, so seize the opportunity to meet legendary creatures of flight and get up close and personal as they feed from your hands! Take a rafting trip on Martha Brae River, with numerous professional guides ready to depart at almost any time during the day. Board the bamboo raft with the licensed captain and enjoy the hour-long ride on the 3 mile stretch of the river. Along the way, you can enjoy the picturesque scenery, passing through a dense jungle filled with abundant wildlife and plant life alike!
