The plush sitting area includes a sleeper sofa and two armchairs as well as a coffee table where you can indulge in a champagne toast or enjoy a cup of coffee. The signature kingsize Luxury Collection bed is extremely comfortable. The large, granite-lined bathroom features dual vanities, a powerful rain shower, a make-up vanity and a large stone bath overlooking the garden’s emerald flora. You will feel so pampered! The wonderful butler service includes daily afternoon tea anywhere in the resort between 2pm and 4pm, daily evening cocktails served with canapes, ‘one-stop bill’ where the butler will take care of your bills and a pampering milk and honey bath for guests staying a minimum of 7 nights. The Village was once home to a thriving fishing community and the charming, rustic look still remains.
There are great options for evening entertainment from idyllic, tranquil beach bars to the neon central strip of central Chewang, full of party revellers. Soi Green Mango is the beating heart of the island’s nightlife and home to cheap drinks and loud music. Dream Girls is a racy Thai go-go bar though there are many in Chewang and the lady boy shows are very flamboyant. The beach clubs are sophisticated and extremely popular. You will also find many opulent and high-class restaurants offering gastronomic feasts.
The Ang Thong National Marine Park is definitely worth a visit. The stunning 42 island archipelago can be explored by snorkeling, hiking, kayaking, diving. There are many boat trips to the marine park.
