Fiore Rosa is a stunning pink villa near Ostra Vetere, it’s lovely unique exterior stands proudly against the green Marche hills. Nestled in an ideal spot for tranquility and relaxation Fiore Rosa is a wonderful holiday home, ideal for both families and groups of friends to stay. This house has unique entertaining areas including a pool table room and a children’s playground equipped with toys and a swing for a fun and joyful experience for both adults and kids alike.
The house is located in plush green gardens in a position that gives breathtaking views of the green hills that surrounds it. A large pool surrounded by sun loungers takes pride of place, sitting in a fenced off area among the trees and manicured garden. Take advantage of the barbecue and terrace areas to enjoy dining with nature all around you.
Beautifully styled with a cosy and modern feel Fiore Rosa’s interior is warm, inviting and well furnished. Inside of the villa, the open plan airy rooms allow are decorated to perfection with a wonderful use of colour and wood. A large and bright living room well furnished with a authentic wood burner leads on to the kitchen, the ground floor is also home to one of the bedrooms, which is large and accessible from the garden. Also on this floor are a convenient laundry room and a bathroom.
Up the stairs to the first floor there is another living area with a billiards table with is perfect for spending time socialising with friends in the evenings. This rooms also has direct access to the garden from an external stair case. There are also 5 large double bedrooms with large windows with views of the wonderful landscape. All bedrooms are decorated to provide a relaxing and cosy atmosphere with storage. There are two modern and stylish bathrooms on this floor. The Villa has Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout.
With a history going back to the 4th Century Ostra Vetere formally known as Montenovo has a rich and varied past and offers a great deal of culture and art. One of these amazing landmarks is the church of Santa Maria della Piazza stands dominantly in the historic centre, with it’s architecture echoing a neo-Gothic design.
The region has many precious religious buildings including a convent and many other churches, there is also a library which houses many important historical archives it is a great destination for those interested in culture and history. The area known for it’s production of bread offers a plethora of bakeries using historical techniques as well as artisan loafs, indulge in the various local dishes taking sampling authentic Italian cuisine.
It would be a shame to miss out on tasting the wonderful wines of the region and the nearby vineyards. For adventure, hike the various trails around the region, fully enjoying all the this splendid location has to offer cycle the various trails and uncover the hidden gems dotted around the area. For sports such as tennis and golf, there are many options to allow you to play a few holes. Ostra Vetere is a wonderful friendly place to visit and whilst it is tourist friendly, it is still very authentic in offering a relaxed and peaceful stay.
