Villa Zenaide is an elegant, large two storey villa with a contemporary interior and sumptuous private gardens. Set in a green and secluded spot on the Quinta do Peru Golf Resort on the Lisbon Coast, this home is infused with style, understated luxury and a wonderful tranquil feel.

The villa casts an impressive silhouette – spacious and airy, with plenty of outdoor veranda and terrace space, it is shrouded with lush greenery, flowering plants and fragrant trees.
The living space is chic but casual, infused with natural light due to the floor to ceiling glass doors and French windows, guests will immediately feel at home with the relaxed feel of the villa. Comfortable seating, ambient lighting and all the modern appliances are present for a very relaxed taste of luxury.
The large dining table is perfect for dining en masse, or relaxed breakfasts as the group enjoy fresh coffee and local bread and pastries. The kitchen has top-range appliances and a glossy, modern finish – finished to an impeccable standard, cooking will be a pleasure here!

Villa Zenaide can accommodate eight guests; the bedrooms are arranged over three double rooms and a fourth room with twin beds. The three doubles come with sumptuous en-suites. Lovingly finished, so much care has gone into this home – each room is tranquil and calm yet with little touches of personality, whether it be accents of colour, photography or bright cushions.
The outdoor spaces offer unparalleled holiday potential – with large, green lawns ideal for picnics and gorgeous private pool with ample sun lounging space. Imagine sitting back with a book and cool glass of beer in the evening, amid the fragrant pine trees!
The villa offers ample outdoor dining options, complete with barbecue, shaded terrace with dining furniture in a setting that offers a secluded oasis. There is an outdoor shower for an added touch of ease.
All the little extra touches have been thoughtfully provided in this home: television/ DVD/ bikes and of course Wi-Fi – guests can truly arrive here and relax into the calm ambience of the villa.Villa Zenaide is two kilometres from the charming village of Quinta do Conde, which is set inland from the Lisbon coast, not far from the renowned Parque Natural da Arrábida, in the Setúbal municipality. Quinta do Conde is a traditional style village, offering shops, a bakery, butcher, post office and bank.
The region is rich with wine production and wine cellars that can make a wonderful day’s visit. Wine, cheese and the small Swiss roll (tortas) are the region’s specialisms.
Setúbal is worth a visit – today it is thriving port town. The surrounding coastline is rugged and varied, ideal for hiking and biking. The old town is charming, awash with wonderful seafood restaurants; the hilltop fortress offers beautiful views across the estuary. On Avenue Luísa Todi, locals sit by for hours with platters of choco frito and carafes of white wine. Whether it be archeology, museums of the weekly market, Setúbal offers it all in abundance. 
The fish market is a particular local taste of Setúbal – and representative of its longstanding relationship with the sea; the long standing fishing industry started in the first century AD, whist today it is a centre of the sardine industry. The town centre is awash with history dating to the Roman period.
A cruise to the marshy wetlands of the Sado estuary is well worth a day trip – a splashy playground of bottlenose dolphins, flocks of white storks, and flamingoes!
The Troia Peninsula offers an abundance of sandy beaches. There are many attractive towns to visit along the Lisbon coast, such as the beautiful former fishing village of Cascais, the dynamic resort town of Estoril, or the surfer’s paradise Carcavelos or romantic town of Sintra.
