Golf lovers will be in awe of the nearby courses at Quinta da Marinha, Penha Longa and Oitavos. Sintra and its Natural Park is an extremely prestigious location brimming with lush pine forests, extravagant fairytale palaces, opulent mansions and the ruins of an ancient castle. Villa Beretta is the perfect place to spend quality time with your family or friends. It offers superb social spaces inside and out. Across all three levels, this villa overflows with space, stylish interior design, sumptuous furnishings and sophistication.
The lower ground floor is home to a fantastic open plan games and relaxation room. Nestling on quality sofas, you can enjoy the amazing home cinema with amplifier surround sound. The space is beautiful with gorgeous wallpaper and a calm, neutral colour scheme. For further entertainment there is a pool table, table football, table tennis and darts. It is also ideal for a conference room. Also on the ground floor are two fabulous bedroom suites which open to the main terrace and enjoy double beds and delightful ensuite bathrooms featuring baths with showers over them. There are also bunkbeds ideal for children and two single beds that can be put together as a double bed on request. The bedrooms in this wonderful villa open to cute terraces or balconies, all beautifully furnished and perfect for your morning cup of coffee or a drink while you are getting ready for the evening.
The main living spaces can be found on the ground floor. Each space is the height of elegance with fabulous cool tones throughout and exquisite lounge areas. As you wander around you think you have arrived at the best space only to find another marvel next to it. The furnishings are tasteful and simply stunning. The main living area boasts an incredible U-shaped sofa for 10 guests, a 65 in smart television and a Harman Kardon soundbar. The dining area is sophisticated and drowned in light from doors and windows all around. It features a very large extendable dining table, a sensational wooden floor, a fabulous light fitting over the table and lovely soft furnishings. The kitchen is stunning with a huge range of quality cupboards and appliances and well as a large central island where guests can keep the chef company. The bright red colour pops are a lovely feature. The villa also enjoys a laundry room and a library/working space should you need to combine a little work with your holiday. One bedroom suite is located on the ground floor with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Huge doors open from many of the rooms to a sensational terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and offers fantastic panoramic views of the Sintra Mountains. The terrace enjoys alfresco dining and an impressive lounge area. Steps take you down to the pool and further outdoor lounge areas.
The first floor is home to the phenomenal master suite with its feature fireplace, glorious ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, jacuzzi, walk-in closet and private furnished balcony. There are four further bedrooms, all exquisitely adorned with stunning soft furnishings and gorgeous art work. They are comprised of two double bedrooms, a twin room where the single beds can be put together as a double and a bunk bed room. There are two luxurious family bathrooms with baths and showers. The terrace boasts comfortable lounge seating for 6 guests as well as breathtaking views.
The exterior of Villa Beretta is extensive and just as phenomenal as the interior. The outstanding 14m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by a gorgeous sunbathing terrace, a wonderful invitation to laze under the glorious Portuguese sunshine. The salt water pool is equipped with water polo goals, dive rings, inflatables and an automatic cover. The terrace is brimming with deluxe loungers, hammocks and a beautiful day bed. There are two astounding lounge areas, one sunken around a modern fire pit and another perfect for pre-dinner drinks watching the sun go down over the mountains. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed using the top-notch villa barbecue. To perfect this luxury, guests can enjoy the romantic jacuzzi under a lovely canopy and with it mood lighting, combination of power jets and awesome views of the mountains. There is even a table for your wine or champagne cooler and glasses! The villa’s guest house enjoys a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a twin as well as a bathroom.
