Villa Veriana is a stunning holiday home surrounded by exotic trees and sunshine, situated in Lagoa de Albufeira, nearby Lagoa village and the beach. This excellent villa has a lovely garden with a large patio and lawn, perfect for days spent outside taking in the glorious Portuguese sunshine.
With a range of trees native to the region and plenty of green space, Villa Veriana is the ideal environment for a peaceful holiday where you can indulge in a quiet retreat.
Outside, guests will find a huge outdoor pool with small ladders and Roman steps leading into the water for easy access. There is also a wonderful outdoor Jacuzzi which provides an indulgent and relaxing experience whether under the sun or the stars.
A beautiful pergola complete with trees growing up its pillars and on its top lies at the back of the pool and is ideal for times of quiet contemplation and meditation.
The sizeable villa has two separate annexes as well as the main building, giving it adequate and comfortable space for more than one family to stay in. In one annexe guests will find a sauna and fitness machine; two ways to work up a sweat.
The annexe also houses separate changing rooms for men and women, bathrooms providing both hot and cold water and a games room with table tennis, a pool table and table football.
In the second annexe, there is a second kitchen, complete with a grill and oven as well as a well-equipped laundry room and extra storage space. In the main building, there is a spacious living room with plenty of seating for guests, friends and visitors.
The room is decorated in subtle colours with large windows that provide a calming ambience. The kitchen comes with all modern appliances, a contemporary oven, and a water filter for an easy and pleasant stay.

Only 2km away from the villa lies Lagoa de Albufeira beach, a fantastic place for family days out unwinding and taking in the local scenery.
The beach is well known for its colourful fishing boats travelling across the sea and its attractive golden sand. The beaches’ lagoons are magnificent for small children who wish to paddle or dip their toes in the water and contain salt water from the Atlantic Ocean.
The location is praised for its excellent freshly caught seafood served at restaurants known as the Marisqueira restaurants for their delicious speciality of Arroz de Marisco, a popular shellfish and rice dish.
These delectable seafood plates are beautifully complemented by the wines produced by the nearby regions of Sesimbra and Setubal.
Visitors can enjoy wine tours at either the Quinta da Bacalhoa winery or the José Maria da Fonseca winery, both in the town of Azeitão.
Here you can discover how the wines are produced and have a delightful time tasting all of the different fine local varieties.
Sesimbra is the closest city to Villa Veriana and is just as much of a tourist destination as it is a historical and cultural delight, a fantastic way to see the real Portugal.
