Casa Reala Spain

Luxury Villas
| 4 Bedrooms|

Rental Description

A stunning beachside villa, Casa Reala is found in the Los Monteros area of Marbella, about 10 minutes from the centre of town. With charming outdoor spaces and featuring elegant décor throughout, this 4-bedroom property can accommodate up to 10 guests in comfort.
Among the highlights of Casa Reala is its pretty garden which offers a good degree of privacy, letting you enjoy its features to the full. An outdoor pool is lined on one side by four sun loungers, while on the other there’s room for up to eight people to dine at the outdoor dining table.
A covered terrace area also looks straight onto the pool, offering comfortable sofa seating and a coffee table. There is even an overhead fan to keep you cool. Next to this is the bar with stool seating, and another covered seating area. All these spaces give everyone a place to relax together, or separately if you want some time to yourself.
Inside the house, you have even more options. There’s an elegantly furnished living room with garden view and fireplace, as well as another attractive dining area decorated in neutral shades, forming part of the same open-plan space. Your kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and a large fridge freezer, and features a large hatch which connects with the dining room and has two stools, so could be used as a breakfast bar. There is direct access to the garden from the kitchen.
All rooms of the house are on the same level, including its four bathrooms with large showers and double sinks. The four bedrooms which they accompany are just as exquisite – you have three doubles and a twin room, as well as bunk beds, making this villa a good choice for a large family.
Just a few metres from the beach, Casa Reala enjoys a superb Marbella location, in one of the city’s most sought-after residential areas. All the attractions of the Old Town and city centre are within a short drive. Look out for little streets filled with boutiques and specialist shops, as well as some excellent museums and, in the summer, fantastic cultural festivals that bring a traditional Spanish flavour to the city.
For the high life, the marina at Puerto Banús is the place to be, with its upscale nightspots, stores and restaurants drawing the crowds. Golf courses provide another reason to visit the area, which is also blessed with proximity to some stunning areas of nature – no less so than the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, north of Marbella. Excursions to the likes of Málaga, Mijas or Ronda are also very possible, while pretty spots like Estepona and Cancelada are even closer, within a 30-minute drive down the coast. The southern city of Marbella is not only a great destination in its own right, its location means you can easily combine your visit with excursions to some of Andalucía’s finest sights. Whatever you’re after, from hiking through the hills of the Sierra de las Nieves to nights at the casino in Puerto Banús, you will find it all easily accessible.
The city of Marbella combines old and new with great style, and the narrow, jumbled streets of the Old Town are a great place to start your explorations. Centred on the Plaza de los Naranjos, or Orange Square, you will find the cobbled lanes filled with little shops selling handmade clothing and jewellery, as well as plenty of café terraces on the pretty square itself. There are many places to stop off for some delicious churros, while tapas, burgers and pizza are well represented about town too. You can also enjoy some excellent seafood, or try traditional Spanish offerings such as bull’s tail.
The walled city boasts a number of sights worth seeing, such as the Magistrate’s House, Marbella Castle and the 16th-century Church of Our Lady of the Incarnation on the Plaza de la Iglesia. Many of the buildings on the Plaza de los Naranjos are of a similar vintage, including the Town Hall.
Also very enjoyable are the city’s parks – the scenic Represa Park and Alameda Park have ponds and fountains, as well as botanic gardens. For some culture, head to the Museo del Grabado Espanol Contempor’neo, an important local museum featuring Spanish engravings and artworks. Boosting Marbella’s cultural cred are the Marbella Film Festival and International Arts Festival, while summer’s Starlite brings in famous names from the music world.
It’s easy to enjoy a night out in Marbella, with plenty of great bars around the Old Town, some with live music or karaoke. Even those whose clubbing days are long gone may be tempted to revive the habit in Marbella – its nightclubs have a glamour and sophistication that take some resisting. Amazing outdoor spaces, inspiring design and the world’s top DJs regularly stopping by ensure unforgettable nights.
Outside the city, there’s even more to discover. Head north and you will soon be in the region’s natural playground, the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, where mountains, caves, forests and castles create a stunning landscape perfect for outdoor pursuits.
To the west, around an hour’s drive from Marbella, the town of Ronda is worth a visit for the dramatic views over its gorge. Known for beauty, bridges and bullfighting, the town inspired literary figures including Ernest Hemingway and George Eliot.
Definitely don’t bypass Málaga either. Around 40 minutes from Marbella, its historic landmarks are amongst the best in the area – Málaga Cathedral and the palace of Alcazaba to name but two.At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
