Set behind electric gates, the villa enjoys complete privacy, with the sounds of nature and vibrancy of Mediterranean gardens as neighbors. The minimalist architecture boasts straight lines and sharp angles, softened by its weathered façade, wooden shutters and low profile, only rising up to a second story at the centre of the building. A series of covered and uncovered areas are set out around the grounds, offering up relaxing options for lounging and dining. The salt-water swimming pool takes pride of place, bordered by sun loungers and an outdoor dining space, making it the perfect spot for dwindling away the afternoons.   
Inside, this remarkable property, the zoned living spaces are striking in their elegance. The contrast from outdoor to indoor can be felt immediately, with exposed concrete transitioning into neatly plastered white walls and sleek stainless-steel appliances. From the kitchen and dining room, bi-folding doors open the exterior wall onto a brilliant indoor-outdoor dining space, whilst sliding doors from the indoor dining area soften the balance between interior and exterior. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all of which are en-suite and all of which offer their own access to the outdoor space. Campos is the nearest town, just 6km away, offering a good range of amenities, including shops and restaurants. La Pala Rossa is a popular choice, with delicious pizzas, perfect when you need a break from the Spanish classics.
Es Trenc is not associated with a resort, hence you can enjoy the relatively wild and natural side of Mallorca. The beach in fact has been referred to as: Majorca’s answer to the Caribbean! The towns of Ses Covetes and Es Trec have simple village-like feels, with low-key bars and restaurants, rather than the vibrant nightlife found in some of the busier parts of the island. This makes the area increasingly family friendly, perfect for focusing on what is most important; time with your loved ones.
For those who enjoy a more active relaxation, cycling has become the most popular sport on the island. This area is a central hub for those wanting to explore the diverse array of northern routes and rugged, beautiful scenery. Safe, yet challenging, there is something for every ability and the most competitive could even enter the Mallorca 312, which covers 312km and has an altitude gain of 5,050metres – you have 14 hours to complete the course! There is even lockable bike storage at the villa – so why not!
Golfers will also be at home, with an array of courses to choose from during your stay. And the beaches are popular with water sports, perfect for kids and adrenaline seeking adults to enjoy.
