Villa Santuiri Spain

This beautiful villa is set in large grounds within the countryside, close to villages, towns and beaches. Wonderful views of the nearby countryside, hills and the castle of Santuiri can be seen from the terrace area. There are plenty of countryside walks through the beautiful surrounds to be enjoyed.
The villa itself is a blend of traditional style finca with modern decor and design throughout. Situated over two floors, the ground floor consists of spacious living areas, particularly the lounge which has a Playstation 2 and ipod dock to keep you entertained. The separate dining area has enough room for maximum occupancy, ensuring that you can all dine together.
There is a bedroom on the ground floor and a bathroom and a further four bedrooms on the first floor too. All are air conditioned with the exception of one bedroom which has a ceiling fan to help keep you cool.
 The grounds of the villa are ideal for children, with a lovely lawn area to play in, whilst you relax in the sun loungers that surround the inviting gated private pool. The covered dining area is the best place to enjoy a dinner, freshly cooked from the built in barbecue.
There is a table tennis table located outside too, which will provide fun for any age.
With maid service included 3 times per week, hairdryers and pool towels provided too, you can pack that little bit lighter as a result.
This villa is ideal for families who are seeking the peace of the countryside, yet being within a short drive from restaurants and shops.Located close to the village of S’Horta, on the outskirts of Cala d’Or, this village is a small traditional Spanish community. Here you will find narrow cobbled streets, adorned with restaurants and bars and a beautiful church.
Cala d’Or itself is close by and is family friendly with beaches, shops, restaurants and cafes a plenty. Catering for all ages, there really is something for everyone here. There are varied water sports to partake in along the beaches, a golf course nearby, and boat trips to take you to the various coves along the coast line.
