Casa Abedul is in the beautiful Elviria, East Marbella and is built over three floors offering plenty of space for larger families or groups. The property has some stunning views available of the surrounding areas, there are loads of trees around the property and with a blue sky this offers some spectacular sights and photo backdrops!
When you enter the villa, you’re greeted with a hall area, and then a spacious living space. This cream and neutral space is an elegant and tranquil location where you can enjoy the company of your guests with the addition of the television offering background noise or added entertainment, great for occupying kids! The living space has plenty of large windows that let in natural light, enhancing the serene nature of the villa as they also give you the beautiful views of the surrounding area.
The kitchen is a stunning modern design, with beautiful fittings and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is completed with a breakfast island. You’ll also find direct access out to the covered terrace where you’ll have the option to dine outside! There is a formal dining area inside the villa that is a lovely bright and elegant location to dine if you’re all about formal dining! From here you can get outside as well, with glass patio sliding doors. These doors also let in natural light making this room very light.
There is a mixture of bedrooms on the upper and lower floors, ranging from en-suite rooms, double rooms and twin rooms. The master suite is on the upper floor and has a private dressing area and a large terrace. There are two other bedrooms on the upper floor, a double room and a twin room. Then on the lower floor, you’ll find the two other bedrooms – one of which is an en-suite. There are bathrooms on the upper floor, and a large bathroom on the lower floor. All the bedrooms are bright and neutral, with minimal décor as well as air conditioning. When you exit out into the rear, you’ll find seating opportunities both in the shade of the covered terrace, and under the sun via sun loungers on the lawn and pool side.
There is a large private swimming pool available to you and your guests, it is also available as a heated pool at an additional cost and with advance notice. Extra facilities at the house include a BBQ and a garden bar that you’re welcome to use, these are perfect additions to this villa so that you can enjoy a great Summer here in Spain!Casa Abedul is in the beautiful Elviria, East Marbella. Effectively, Elviria is split into two, beachside and mountainside as you can explore the sandy beaches that offer places to eat and water sports, or you could head to La Mairena which has a beautiful biosphere environment and offers spectacular views.
Elvira is a short drive from the centre of Marbella which is a beautiful and welcoming city with plenty on offer whether you’re a family, friends having a get-away or celebrating. Whether you’re looking for an active get away, or a lazy get away, you’ve got the chance to do it here in Marbella without having to travel too far.
There are some beautiful coastline stretches, with stunning golden sandy beaches! When you travel to the beach, you’ll find plenty of beach restaurants for you to sample, you’re sure to find a favourite! For sun-bathing, you can find and rent sun loungers so that you can top up on that tan. Then you’ll find that these parts of Marbella have a few attractions that are sure to get your adrenaline pumping with water sport facilities, and an amusement park on the beach with go karts! There are also other more laid-back beach spots towards San Pedro de Alcantara.
Marbella also offers shopping for those that love a good shopping trip! You’ll find a mixture of independent stores, luxury stores and Spanish high street brand such as Zara! If you are looking for the more upend stores, then head to Puerto Banus where you’ll find the more designer shops! In addition to shopping, Marbella also offers the opportunity to explore some cultural attractions such as the Bonsai museum, where you’ll find Bonsai trees from around the world, or the Ralli Museum where you’ll find contemporary art! And of course, you’ll find there are some wonderful golf courses in Marbella, so for those that love to play, don’t leave your clubs at home! Bring them along!
