Peacefully nestled within a small community of chalets backed by scenic pine trees and overlooking the La Tania ski resort is Chalet Ildico.
This spacious winter holiday home offers plenty of contemporary features to provide a group of up to 16 a relaxing and comfortable stay. Ski-in/ski-out Chalet Ildico also offers convenience, with the piste that leads to the gondola just a few minutes’ walk away.
The village is also quickly and easily reached from the chalet. You’ll find restaurants, après ski bars, ski schools and shops in the traffic-free centre, along with traditional ski village charm. Also found across La Tania are slopes to suit every level, with the wider Three Valleys ski area easily accessed either by lift or bus.

Chalet Ildico is fully catered and all-inclusive, with chalet staff preparing daily breakfasts and dinners. Also on the menu are afternoon teas and unlimited free drinks; including wine and beer. All of this means you can enjoy long days on the slopes and know you’ll be returning to a warm atmosphere and delicious food and drinks.

Meals are served in the open-plan living/space that features an abundance of windows that fill the room with light and offer lovely views. It’s a great place to get together and socialise, with a large sofa and a wood-burning stove for warming up after outdoor adventures.

Each of the chalet’s seven bedrooms are cosy and have their own ensuite with shower or bath. Unwind and soothe aching muscles before drifting off to sleep in your comfortable bed. Also perfect for rest and relaxation is the outdoor hot tub that’s positioned to make the most of the stunning scenery.

With its chalets boasting a picturesque woodland setting that’s close to a traffic-free village centre, La Tania is a Three Valleys resort that’s particularly family-friendly. And yet La Tania is situated close to both Méribel and Courchevel, with convenient access to these popular resorts and the wider Three Valleys ski area.

La Tania has slopes for skiers of every ability, with particularly beautiful runs through the woods into the village. Once beginners have built their confidence on nursery slopes, the gentle runs up towards Courchevel will be especially attractive. Those of intermediate and advanced levels will find themselves tested by plenty of exciting off-piste runs.

Part of a community of chalets backed by woodland and overlooking the rest of the La Tania resort, Chalet Ildico boasts a fantastic and tranquil location. The piste is just a few metres away, so you can reach the gondola and be exploring the resort in no time.

La Tania sits between the lively resorts of Méribel and Courchevel, with two main runs down from Courchevel into the village. There’s also a green run to help beginners navigate the route with ease; although there’s also a lift available. Méribel can also be reached by lift, and both resorts are linked to La Tania via bus.

There are slopes and facilities for every ability level at La Tania. The nursery slope in the village is served by a free lift and there are more nursery slopes at the top of the gondola. There’s also a magic carpet area that’s ideal for children, as well as several ski schools. Intermediate skiers and snowboarders will enjoy the runs down from Courchevel into the village, with routes passing through the trees. And there are plenty of off-piste runs to excite and challenge the more advanced skiers.

The village centre is small and traffic-free, which makes it feel compact and child-friendly. And its shops, bars and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk from the chalet. Enjoy après ski in the bars, with a mix of live music, DJs and laid-back atmospheres.

You’ll want to head to Courchevel and Méribel for other activities such as swimming and ice skating. The Aquamotion centre in Courchevel also has a children’s play area, climbing wall and spa facilities. There’s lots of outdoor fun to be had at Méribel, with snow-shoe walks, horse-drawn sleigh rides and even hot air ballooning.
