Les Ormes is a spacious apartment-style rental within a chalet building with quintessential Alpine charm, offering a private entrance and sublime mountain views in the renowned ski area of Les Menuires, just below its sister resort Val Thorens.
With a simple exterior featuring a wooden carved balcony, guests will find themselves impeccably located for access to an array of pistes, winter sports and other activities, enjoying all the 3 Valleys has to offer from the comfort of a warm and welcoming base.
15 guests can be accommodated across 7 bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room and three additional WCs, with full self-catering facilities. The interiors at Les Ormes are simple yet inviting, offering the archetypal chalet experience, with recurrent exposed timber throughout.  
The large open-plan living, dining and kitchen space sets the scene for lively group or family time; the enormous u-shaped sofa seats a sizeable group, while the log-burning stove adds that additional touch of chalet-flair. Furnishings are simple, yet pretty, featuring carved wood and slate. Coming together after a busy day on the slopes for a raclette dinner with the fire crackling will set the right tone.
Whether it be for a group of adult ski aficionados or a couple of families enjoying winter sports with children in-tow, Les Ormes is the ideal home-from-home. The views are breath-taking while stepping onto the charming balcony to take in the mountain air truly takes you away from the bustle of day-to-day life.
Bedrooms are both simple yet stylish, in keeping with the rest of this home. They feature comfortable beds, quality linen and striking views offering light-filled and serene sleeping quarters.
Les Ormes is nestled in the three valleys of Les Menuires, which offers 160km in total of pistes, making it the largest ski area in the world, covering 86 slopes from beginner blue pistes to black rated, and abundant cross country tracks.
The ski area of Les Menuires Valley groups together the slopes of Val Thorens above and Saint Martin de Belleville below. The ski area offers an exceptional setting with superb views over the valley. For skiers and snowboarders of any level, this is an ideal setting, while the après-ski scene is quieter than other Alpine resorts, there is an excellent selection of restaurants in town.

Founded in 1964, Les Menuires and nearby Val Thorens together form part of the 3 Valleys ski area, in the Savoy region; further lift links towards Méribel and the rest of the 3 Valleys are fast and efficient offering vast accessibility for all levels of skiers.
Les Menuires is traditionally not as known for its bustling night-life or glittering après-ski scene like some of the neighbouring resorts and as such as is known as being an excellent all-rounder for families, intermediates and slightly more budget-conscious skiers. However it is a serious forerunner on the ski scene, with access to high altitude pistes including an Olympic Slalom run.
The resort is set at 1,850m and links directly into the 600km of piste and 180 lifts, thus comprising a vast area in total. The highest runs start at an impressive 3,230m. From beginners to off-piste skiers and snowboarders, the resort is excellently resourced.
Stepping away from the slopes, Les Menuires has a selection of good restaurants, from traditional French dining to Asian cuisine, while the main shopping area is centred around La Croisette.
Aside from skiing, visitors can enjoy sledging, snow parks or try out the novel experience of mountain biking on snow. There is an excellent sports centre in town, with a swimming pool, gym and fitness rooms and spa.
Les Menuires has two beautiful lakes with walks at Plan d’Eau and Lac de Lou, which are great fishing spots in the summer.
