The villa holds a fabulous location set in the area of Upper Amapas, just a twenty-minute walk from Puerto Vallarta’s Los Muertos beach and Romantic Zone where a wide variety of amenities and attractions can be found.
The contemporary villa has been designed with high attention to detail and features beautiful interiors and furnishings throughout. Casa Lucia can comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests across its six well-appointed bedrooms, each of which features en-suite facilities making it an excellent choice for a group of friends holidaying together. The entertaining space features large doors which open up onto the pool terrace, ideal for those wanting to enjoy an indoor-outdoor lifestyle with plenty of al fresco dining while enjoying the magnificent views over Puerto Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas.
Outside, the private infinity pool makes the perfect spot to relax and cool off while enjoying the magnificent surroundings. After an action-packed day spent on the beach or exploring Puerto Vallarta, enjoy a delicious meal al fresco on the terrace – heaven!Casa Lucia is located in a hillside position in Upper Amapas with unforgettable views over the popular resort of Puerto Vallarta. While those fortunate enough to stay here will enjoy peace and quiet, the closest beach, Los Muertos is just a 20-minute walk away. A wide variety of shops and excellent restaurants can be found in the old town, often known as the Romantic Zone, this is one of the most popular areas of Puerto Vallarta and is just 20-minutes from from the villa.
There is plenty to see, do and explore in Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding area, the magical Marieta Islands which are home to Playa del Amor, known as Hidden Beach, is an absolute must-visit. Just 30-minutes from Casa Lucia are the Vallarta Botanical Gardens, a real tropical paradise which the whole family will enjoy a visit to. For those travelling with children, Aquaventuras Waterpark is less than 30-minutes away and makes a fun day out with its incredible waterslides and even offers visitors the chance to swim with dolphins! A daily chef service for two meals per day (guests can choose which meals) is included in the rental price. Please note that this is not available on Sundays and the cost of groceries/ ingredients will be charged for additionally locally and the cost is likely to vary depending on menu choice and number of guests.
