Located on the beautiful beachfront at Strp, Villa Bisera occupies a spectacular position on the Bay of Kotor. This thoroughly modern villa is within easy reach of Kotor Old Town, Budva and Tivat Airport, and features a private outdoor pool with a magnificent view of the bay, as well as a private beach.
Accommodating up to thirteen guests, this five-bedroom villa is ideal for a larger group. Its terrace and balcony areas offer plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the view, while a covered outdoor dining area is perfect for a big get-together. The mountainous landscapes that meet the eye across the bay add something extra-special to an already breathtaking setting.
Inside, the house contains a spacious, open-plan living area with comfy sofas and armchairs, television and sound system, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine and everything else you could need. You can walk straight out to the terrace through sliding doors, as the living area is right by the pool.
The villa’s bedrooms are light and roomy, with large double beds, televisions and plenty of storage. The views are, of course, flawless — the furnished balconies allow you to get even closer. The Master bedroom has particularly spectacular views. Two cottages can be found to the rear of the villa and offer a great deal of privacy. Each of these villas have sofa beds, so please inform us so they can be converted to beds for your arrival.

The villa lies on the western side of the Bay of Kotor, a wonderfully scenic destination in a country that has no shortage of them. Among the possibilities for excursions are the beautiful Old Town of Kotor itself, which is around 30 minutes’ drive away, and the Lovcen National Park. Around 45km away, you could also visit Budva, a popular coastal destination which has a pretty Old Town of its own, along with a marina and plenty of entertainment.Excellence Luxury Villas Tips…
The fortified old town of Kotor sits on the bay which shares its name, beside rugged mountains and the River Skurda. The triangulated Old Town walls are still intact, and climbing them is a favourite pastime for visitors. The views from the top make the considerable effort all worthwhile – this is a genuinely stunning part of Montenegro.
The town is well worth a wander – there are many pretty churches and well-preserved buildings to admire. St Tryphon’s Cathedral is a notable example, and provides a lovely view of the square below. Kotor is also known for its street cats, so you will see plenty of those, and a few other cat-related things too, including a gift shop and a Cat Museum.
The village of Perast, around 30 minutes away, is another popular excursion for visitors. From here you can take a boat trip to Our Lady of the Rock Island, where a 17th-century church impresses with its ornate interior filled with Venetian art.
Lovcen National Park is fairly close to Kotor, and a wonderfully scenic place to experience to great outdoors – you can do it on a zip-line or simply on foot. If beaches are your thing, the 35-minute trip to ever-popular Budva, is well worth making. This resort is geared up for visitors with a host of attractions including water-parks and a bar terrace-lined marina. If the beach is too busy, take a look around the quirky Old Town where it all started. In summer, the streets are filled with live music and theatre.
