Villa Zemira Montenegro

This stunning six-bedroom villa on the Montenegrin coast offers incredible ocean views and impressive facilities. Close to Petrovac and less than 30 minutes’ drive from popular Budva, Villa Zemira can accommodate up to twelve guests comfortably (along with a few more, so please enquire) and features its own private pool and sauna.
This villa’s private pool and wonderful terrace sit right beside the Adriatic, so you can enjoy a view of it from almost every room of the house. There is a dining area with barbecue on the terrace, and guests also have access to a private beach area with sun loungers, day beds and a coffee bar.
Villa Zemira is fully equipped with air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, and is set over four floors. On the first floor, a large kitchen and dining room gives you direct access out to the terrace, which in turns leads down to the pool. A spacious living room and a games room can also be found on this floor.
On the next level up, there’s another large living area with sofa bed, as well as the luxurious sauna. A bedroom is also on this floor, with its private bathroom featuring a bath tub with hydro-massage. Three bedrooms – two doubles and a twin – are located on the third floor, along with two more bathrooms.
On the fourth floor, the remaining two bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. All of these beautifully furnished rooms are just 250m from a large, public beach where everything you could need is close by, including cafés, pizzerias and some excellent fish restaurants.
Another great reason to choose Villa Zemira is its proximity to some of Montenegro’s other coastal highlights. The short journey into Budva will be rewarded with a mix of Old Town history and 21st-century entertainment. On the Montenegrin coast, there are countless stunning beaches which are reason enough to visit by themselves. Along the way are a few larger towns which can add something extra to your trip.
The best-known destination in Montenegro to most visitors, Budva, is well worth a look. The charming Old Town offers some incredible views of the Adriatic, and its pretty little streets, squares and alleys are in true contrast to the more recently developed parts of the city.
There’s a small beach attached to the Old Town, one of many along this stretch of coast. In summer, open-air theatre and performances are often staged in Stari Grad, lending an air of culture to the Old Town streets. Nearby, Dukley Marina is a pleasing place to hang out and people-watch – easy to do from its cool bar terraces. Budva also entertains with its casino, water-parks and nightclubs. Whatever you seek, this is likely the best place in the area to find it.
If you’re looking for a real pearl of the Adriatic, head further south. The coastal town of Ulcinj is a favourite holiday destination amongst Montenegrins and their Albanian neighbours. This particularly stunning locale offers yet more beaches, including nudist and women-only ones, and an impressive medieval town of its own. The nearby island of Ada Bojana is a favourite spot for those looking for some peace and quiet, and not to be missed.
