While there’s a more casual breakfast bar alongside the kitchen if you’re feeling more relaxed. Animal patterns and natural textures and materials ground you, while the fantastically modern kitchen adds a touch of elegance. Retire to the cosy living room, complete with a log burner, for some entertainment or to simply laze and read a book. You’ll even find a pack of fuel here on your arrival so you can have a fuss-free start to your stay.
And completing this beautiful home are three gorgeous bedrooms. The master suite is delightfully set up to accommodate guests with total warmth and hospitality. At its heart is the grand king-size bed, each of its four posters in striking mahogany surrounding a luxurious world of comfort within, waiting to welcome you after each enjoyable day on the Norfolk coast. Adjoining this is an ensuite bathroom for your convenience, with a spacious shower, a his and hers sink and a delicate monochrome design. Additional rooms include a spacious twin room with two large, wooden bed, complete with an armchair, and a cosy single room. Stretching from Holme-next-the-Sea all the way to Cromer, the 45-mile long Norfolk Coastal Path through this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers some of the best birdwatching in the UK, a glimpse of the seals on Blakeney Point just five minutes away, and the earliest evidence of humans found outside The Great Rift Valley in Africa on the Deep History Coast! The path weaves itself through tidal creeks and salt marshes, shingle, luscious fields and enormous sandy beaches – and as Norfolk is a haven for wildlife and birds, you’ll have plenty to admire throughout!
And dotted along the horizon at all times are yachts and power-boats, while nearer to shore you’ll find surfers, kayakers, kite-surfers and so much more! While lining the beaches are hundreds of candy-coloured beach huts, dazzling promenades with candyfloss and fish and chips and of course, the romantic dunes with endless hidden spots for barbeques and family-fun. And what’s more – you’ll find tons of great local produce at the farmers’ markets and local shops as well as the many pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby, including fresh seafood and locally produced beer!

Seal at Blakeney Point Take a short boat ride to the stunning sandbanks at the far end of Blakeney Point where there is a colony Common and Grey seals. Departure times are totally dependant upon the tides so it is worth checking with the various operators. During peak season booking is essential. Great fun for kids.
Sheringham Golf Club, Sheringham The Club was formed in 1891 as a nine hole course, which was extended in 1898 to a full eighteen holes. The course is laid out on a strip of rolling, gorse-clad clifftop that lies between the preserved North Norfolk Railway and the North Sea. Noted for its long par 4 holes it is a severe test of players’ ability, especially when the wind blows. The view from the 5th tee is one of the most memorable in golf. NOTE: A Handicap Certiciate is required.
The Links Country Park Golf Club, West Runton A superb 9 hole (par 33) golf course. The original course was designed by JH Taylor and was opened by him around the turn of the century. The course combines tight hilly fairways with tricky greens, providing a challenge for the most able players and beginners alike. Overlooking the village and with magnificent coastal views make the course one of the most picturesque in the region.
