Villa Sima with Selva is a 3 story villa providing beautiful accommodation for 12 people. The villa is divided in to two parts that sleep 8 and 4 respectively. It is ideal for 2 or 3 families joining together for a holiday.
This property is situated overlooking Lake como in Lombardy, northern Italy, at the base of the Alps. Located over the beautiful town of Varenna, the villa provides fantastic accommodation with stunning outdoor space and swimming facilities. The beautiful property has several walking paths, gardens and seating areas for guests to enjoy, as well as breathtaking views of the lake and mountains.
The villa is located within a large estate on the edge of a small village (population 20). It has endless on-site activities for children of all ages including: swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, castle ruins to explore, underground caves and a playground.Next to the property is the old town of Vezio, which includes a charming local restaurant as well as the famous Castello di Vezio. Varenna is about 2.5 km from the villa. Guests can also visit Varenna by foot if they have good walking shoes for a downhill path which takes about 15 to 20 minutes.At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
