Located 6km north of the city of Paphos, the popular coastal town of Coral Bay in Cyprus, is known for its idyllic sandy beaches, rustic tavernas and fantastic atmosphere. With plenty of things to do and see – from renowned archaeological sites to water parks and water sports activities – it’s an ideal destination for families, friends and couples alike. 
In Coral Bay itself, there’s a white sand beach backed by limestone cliffs. Holding Blue Flag status, the beach has clear shallow waters – perfect for safe swimming – and there are bars and restaurants dotted along the front. You can also catch a shuttle bus from Coral Bay to Potima Bay or Lara Bay, both quiet sandy stretches of coastline. 
Heading into Paphos city for a day trip, you can explore Paphos Castle – a medieval fort at the west end of the town’s harbour. Be mesmerised by glittering mosaic floors depicting stories from Greek mythology at Kato Paphos Archaeological Park or head to the fascinating Tomb of the Kings where there are impressive ancient tombs carved in stone. 
In Paphos Old Town, you can duck into the winding streets where you’ll find boutiques selling local and hand-made jewellery, clothes and ceramics. There are also plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or drink here, or if you’d prefer to dine in, the nearest supermarket is only 900m from the villa for picking up all your essentials. 
With Adonis Baths Waterfalls a short drive away, alongside Saint Neophytos Monastery and the Akamas Peninsula, Villa Koralli is a perfect base for exploring the region: this beautiful part of Cyprus has several historic sites and stunning costal and mountainous landscapes.
