This luxurious Villa is located at Aphrodite Hills adjacent to the green of the sixth hole of the beautiful 18-hole Golf Course.
Upon entering the property, one immediately realizes that no expense has been spared with the furnishings, fixtures and fittings. Presented on three levels, the main entrance takes you through into the comfortably furnished lounge with stone built fireplace, leather sofas and wall-mounted flat screen TV and DVD player.
To the right you will find the dining area, which features a large wooden table with six chairs and the kitchen, consisting of top quality dark wood units with an integral dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob.
Two out of the three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom features a double bed, flat screen TV, ample dressing space and an en suite bathroom offering a bath with shower, double vanity unit and toilet. Patio doors lead onto a private shaded balcony, from where the most stunning sea and mountain views can be enjoyed.
The second bedroom features a double bed, flat screen TV, spacious wardrobe and en suite bathroom, with bath and shower, single vanity unit and toilet. Patio doors lead onto a private shaded balcony.
The 3rd bedroom is found on the lower levels with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and spacious bathroom. Adjacent is an extra room with bunk beds which may be used if extra sleeping accommodation is required for children or teenagers. This room has separate entry and exit via an external staircase. Also situated on this level is the utility room, which houses the washing machine.
Outside at the rear of the property lies a 5m x 10m overflow swimming pool*, an outdoor shower and ample space for sunbathing. There is a covered area with wicker table and chairs and another large shaded area with a built-in barbecue and sink, offering an idyllic setting for alfresco meals.

Paphos International Airport is just 15 minutes away, and you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of Cyprus’s south west corner with all the unspoilt attractions and culture it offers. The resort slopes down toward the shimmering waters of the Med, providing stunning views from the villas and golf course.
The closest attractions to Aphrodite Hills are Pissouri Beach and Village. They avoid being over touristy even in high season and offer a chance to see the traditional character of Paphos; one all too often missed by visitors to the island.
There is also the beautiful, child-friendly Zias Beach Club, just minutes down the coast, at Avdimou Bay. Aphrodite Hills offer a shuttle to and from the beach, taking a scenic route through the Cyprus countryside, past acres of vineyards.
Pathos old town stands as an internationally recognised site of historic and archeaological importance. The Ancient Greeks believed Aphrodite rose from the sea at Paphos, and many ancient sites, castles, and traditional villages exist in and around the town, making for convenient day trips. This has earned the entire town a place on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.
