This beautiful brick farmhouse is ideal for a group of 10 people, situated on a stunning panoramic hillside that divides Tuscany and Umbria, allowing one to visit the culturally and artistically rich hamlets and cities in the area.
The loving restoration of this villa was completed in 2014, having successfully maintained the rural architecture with original stone arches and warm wooden ceilings and door frames. Furnished with antique dining table and chairs, the ground floor is surfaced with Tuscan terracotta tiling, whilst the stately stone fireplace provides a handsome centrepiece for this classic rural Italian interior.
Outside, the garden covers a sloped area of around 1500 square metres, across various private terraced areas. The large sunken swimming pool and surrounding patio hold a gazebo furnished with a table and benches, and a hydro massage area, sun beds and large umbrellas.The village of Preggio is about 200mt. away and offers hospitality in typical style restaurants, and a small shop stocking all essential foodstuffs.
About 5km away there is the town Castel Rigone, where there are supermarkets, pizza parlours, a pharmacy and restaurants.
The town of Magione is about 15km away, where there are supermarkets, discount shops, petrol stations, pharmacies, banks, a post office and a railway station.
