Villa Crymo is an extremely well designed, four-bedroom, new villa close to the quaint and unspoilt village of Crestatx, just 10 minutes from Pollensa and Alcudia towns. In its large 1000 sqm plot surrounded by fabulous planting and trees and beautiful countryside, it is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the privacy totally.  The brand-new villa has been tastefully decorated and furnished to provide guests with a luxurious sanctuary. The garden is manicured and very beautiful. The pool will provide so much fun and has roman steps to get in. Sun loungers surround the pool for your relaxation. There is a covered dining terrace for alfresco dinners, either prepared in the barbecue and outdoor kitchen or the wonderful indoor kitchen. The outside dining furniture is beautifully intricate. Ambient lighting makes this a special place to enjoy summer evenings without anyone close by.  Villa Crymo is absolutely immaculate. The open-plan area is so smart with modern, well-chosen furniture. The sofa is huge and so comfy. Although it won’t be used in summer months, the log burner is beautiful and so atmospheric. There is some lovely, modern art around the villa. The superb high-end kitchen is so well equipped and features a splendid breakfast bar. There are two sets of doors opening to the garden and pool.  There are three luxury bedrooms with king-size beds and one with twins. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the others upstairs. They share three good sized, modern bathrooms with huge showers. Crestatx is a small, traditional village surrounded by wonderful countryside yet just a 10-minute drive from the extremely popular resorts of Alcudia and Pollensa in the north of the island. It offers a peaceful haven for your holiday. The villa is just 2km from a supermarket, 2km from Sa Pobla city, 3km from a splendid golf course, 10km from a spectacular sandy beach and 45km from the airport.  Sa Pobla is an unspoilt working town with a wonderful market twice a week for fantastic fresh produce. There are stables close by where you can arrange incredible scenic horse riding sessions. The beautiful landscape sits against a backdrop of the nearby Tramuntana Mountains. Close by is the wonderful town Alcudia. Its Medieval Old Town is so atmospheric with cobbled streets, ancient ruins, charming restaurants and shops and its fabulous open-air market. Concerts and plays take place in the summer months and are such fun. The huge stretches of golden sand around its horseshoe bay are incredibly breathtaking. There are many bars, restaurants and cafes around the beach and also at the stunning marina. Luxury yachts bob away while you sample the delicious cocktails at the waterside bars. Many boat trips and watersports can be booked at the marina and at the beach. Pollensa also offers so much to see and do. It is an ancient town of attractive, charming narrow streets. Pollensa has done a really good job of mixing this beautiful architecture with cosmopolitan and traditional tourist interests. You will see modern art galleries mingling with Spanish restaurants and Roman and Medieval ruins.
A walk up the steep main street, Puig de Pollenca, leads you to an old Medieval monastery dating back to 1348 with views across the mountains to the Mediterranean beyond. The beach at Puerto Pollensa is stunning with white, dazzling sand and shallow, warm water. There are diving and watersports centres.
