The unique, artistic and atmospheric Villa Tober is situated in the quiet, stunning countryside between Pollensa and Alcudia. You feel so secluded and peaceful in the gardens and so relieved to get away from the everyday stresses of work and life. 
The area is brilliant, so close to the captivating old town of Pollensa, so close to fantastic beaches and excellent for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. It really is a peaceful haven, yet within 10 minutes of exciting entertainment, excellent dining and wonderful golden sand. 
Villa Tober is built all one level with a fabulous rooftop terrace. The terrace is furnished, so you have the choice of dining or sitting enjoying the delightful countryside views from here or from the garden alfresco dining area. There are some sun loungers too, so it is a great place to escape to for a quiet read. The villa oozes old-world charm with lovely beamed ceilings and splashes of bright, warm colour on the walls and on the artistic owner’s paintings. It all works so well and makes you feel cosseted. It is almost a little shabby chic. You can see clearly that this is a villa that is loved. 
The living area is very attractive with satellite TV, music system and access to the stone terrace and gardens. The kitchen diner is so kitsch in a wonderful way. This is certainly a compelling home with individual style. The master bedroom is beautiful with fitted wardrobes, and ensuite bathroom and access to the pool and garden terrace. The other attractive double and twin bedrooms share a shower room. Again, each of the bedrooms has direct access to the delightful terrace. 
This villa has an amazing, colourful garden. The palms and shrubs are mature and stunning. It is so secluded, and there is plenty of space for children to play within the grounds. The pool is lovely and is surrounded by lawns and sun loungers. The covered terrace is brilliant for alfresco dining and relaxing on the sofa and chairs. It is easy to find shade in this garden. The interesting iron barbecue is great for alfresco dining. Villa Tober is situated in a wonderful countryside location very close to the spectacular old town of Pollensa and the astonishing beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. It is the best of both worlds with the dramatic peaks of the Tramuntana Mountains not far behind. It is a paradise for hikers and cyclists. 
The honey-stoned Pollensa Old Town oozes charm. It is wonderful to spend an evening ambling around the cobbled streets inside the majestic old town walls. The main square is a hot-spot to stop for a coffee, and people watch. The bustling Sunday market has a fantastic atmosphere, and delicious food stands. It is well worth the climb to reach the top of the 365 Calvari Steps leading from the Placa Major to the top of the town. The views are astonishing. 
The beach at Puerto Pollensa is a family favourite with silvery-white sand and shallow, warm water. Close by; the picturesque Formentor Lighthouse sits perched on the edge of the peninsular. You will need your camera for a photograph! 
The beach at Alcudia is also very popular with fine white sand and glistening azure blue water. There are caves and small beaches as well as small islands and islets. There are watersports on offer as well as many cafés and restaurants. Boat trips can be taken from the buzzy marina where there are also a lot of chic bars and restaurants as well as bobbing luxury yachts. Again, it is a great place for people watching. 
The Medieval Old Town is charming with its intricate walls, interesting historic buildings including the Church of Sant Jaume, the Chapel of Sant Crist and La Sala, cobbled streets, amazing restaurants and bars. There is frequently evening entertainment with live music and plays. The wonderful weekly open-air market within the walls is very atmospheric.  
There are stables not far from the villa where you can arrange incredible scenic horse riding.
