Located on the outskirts of Pollensa, but also within easy reach of Alcudia, this stunning villa combines tradition with modern features to offer guests a high level of comfort.
There is a large open-plan lounge/dining area with patio doors leading out onto the beautiful garden and terrace area. The original beams give the villa an authentic feel with plenty of character. There is a fully-equipped kitchen along with a downstairs washroom and utility room.
On the first floor there is a twin and single bedroom sharing a bathroom as well as a master bedroom which conveniently has its own ensuite bathroom. Maintaining a lot of authentic charm, the bedrooms have a real Spanish feel to them with light wooden furnishings complimented by beams on the ceiling and exposed brick work.
Families will love the outside space and the mature garden is very well-maintained with plenty of areas to relax, whether you are lounging in the sun or reading a book under the canopy. Children can have fun in the pool, cooling off from the warm sunshine and you can dine in your own time, taking advantage of the barbecue provided.Villa Camilio is located a short distance from the Pollensa golf course with amazing views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range offering a spectacular view over the landscape.
This villa is in a great countryside location however only a short drive away is the traditional old town of Pollensa with a variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops on quaint cobbled streets.
