This stunning villa is set within the countryside, in between Pollensa and Alcudia, giving you good access to both towns and the beaches beyond.
Set in large tropical gardens, the villa has plenty of space outside for all of the family to roam freely and safely in your own privacy. Spacious lawn gardens and palm trees surround the private pool and views of the mountains can be enjoyed from all angles.
The interior of the property is wonderfully modern, with light and neutral design, creating the feeling of space and tranquility. All fixtures and fittings are contemporary in style, ranging from the stainless steel appliances and spot lights in the kitchen, to the large flat screen TV in the lounge. A large open dining area opens out to the wonderful covered terrace, the pool and the gardens beyond.
Each of the bedrooms is air conditioned with modern design and comfortable beds. Four of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for added convenience, whilst the final bedroom has it’s own bathroom.
The pool is large and positioned in front of the covered terrace and has plenty of room for everyone to sunbathe. The large barbecue is a delight to cook at, why not purchase some fresh produce and cook up a feast.
There is a table tennis table under the terrace too, which will provide hours of fun for all ages.
The beach isn’t far away either, so enjoy plenty of days out should you wish, or simply relax in this wonderful setting.The property is located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
