Villa Arama is a beautifully designed property, perfect for groups of friends or family. Situated only a 15-minute walk from the town centre of Pollenca, the location is perfect for evening strolls out for dinner or a glass of wine, so you can relax the entire time without even the need of a car.
The villa design is modern throughout, making it easy to settle in from the moment you arrive. The ground floor is open plan, with the dining room, living area and kitchen all connected. This space is great for entertaining and socialising as a group, the space is light and airy, offering views out to the charming pool area and terrace through large French doors. The villa is big and spacious, with four bedrooms, each bedroom has its own en-suite. Villa Arama has enough space that you can all spend time together as well as finding time to yourself.
The outdoor terrace has a dining and lounging area, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an aperitif or two in the evening, making the most of the warm Spanish climate. There is a built-in barbecue, ideal for cooking and dining al-fresco. The desirable private swimming pool is amazing for cooling off in the Spanish heat, or for a morning wake-up before breakfast! There are comfortable sunbeds, ideal for topping up your tan, or reading a book. The villa offers ample entertainment for everyone, with the great outdoor space and pool, table tennis in the basement, DVD player and satellite TV.
The northern foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the historic old town of Pollenca, just a few kilometres from the beautiful sandy beaches of the port. The area has a unique charm and personality, making it a wonderfully place to explore on your holiday in the area.
The property is located just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.
