Villa Martina is a wonderful property in a desirable location, just a short walk from the charming, historic centre of the village of Pollensa, where you will find not only a great atmosphere, but also a great selection of restaurants, shops and bars where you can get your fill of local produce.
The villa is spread all over one level, there is a large dining/living area perfect for socialising, with high ceilings and wooden beams giving a charm and welcoming atmosphere to the room. There are two comfy sofas ideal for curling up and reading your book. This open plan space opens out onto a covered terrace, giving it an appealing connection with the outdoor space. There is a sleeping area, composed of two double bedrooms and one single room which all share the two bathrooms in the property. There is also a complete kitchen should you decide to try your hand at some Spanish classics! The entire property is light and airy, with a relaxing ambience so you can settle in from the moment you enter the front door.    
The villa offers beautiful views of the village and its surroundings, especially the Puig de Maria and its monastery. The beautiful garden and barbecue are the perfect places to enjoy these panoramas throughout the days and evenings, whether sunbathing by the pool, reading your book or preparing dinner, this is truly a special, unique spot. If you are a fan of al-fresco cooking and dining then Villa Martina will be perfect for you, with a large outdoor cooking area and plenty of room to entertain outdoors, enjoying the warm Spanish climate. Villa Martina is the ideal house to enjoy a holiday in a rural environment, yet only a stone’s throw away from the bustle of Pollensa’s town centre. Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.
