Villa Moriarty is a unique, gorgeous property in an amazing location just outside of Puerto Pollensa. Boasting fantastic gardens with desirable panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains, this villa is a hard one to beat!  Situated only a short five-minute drive or fifteen-minute walk away from the town centre, you can truly relax from the moment you arrive, without having to travel far to see the beach, eat at charming restaurants and drink some local wine at the various bars.
The villa has a unique charm to it, with a carefully regarded blend of cosy, character features and modern styles. Spread over two storeys, Villa Moriarty can sleep up to six guests, with plenty of room for everyone to spend time together, as well as finding space to themselves.The ground floor includes a modern kitchen and a spacious, open plan living/dining area. The living space is bright and airy, with large glass doors breaking down the barriers between the interior and exterior spaces, so you can spread out between them, ideal for socialising as a group. There is also a fireplace, providing that homelier atmosphere, the perfect spot for reading your book or enjoying a morning coffee. The ground floor also offers a double bedroom with an en-suite. The two further twin-bedrooms are on the first floor, which share a bathroom.
Externally, if the views aren’t enough for you, there is a fabulous private swimming pool, perfect for children and adults alike. The stone-built barbecue and terrace furniture are great for those al-fresco diners among us. Imagine spending your holiday lazing by the pool, or sitting on the terraces gazing at the unobstructed views out onto the distant mountains, Villa Moriarty provides these opportunities for you. 
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.
