Villa Seana is a charming, private property, in a fabulous location near to Pollensa. If you enjoy playing golf, this villa will be ideal for you, with only a large field separating this small villa from the Pollensa Golf Course.  The villa is furnished in a modern, comfortable style throughout, with bright and airy rooms perfect for family holidays away. A staircase from the beautiful garden, leads up to the front terrace where you will find the main entrance to the house. The entrance opens up straight into a lovely, open-plan living/dining area, featuring a large panorama-window with stunning views over the countryside. This space is ideal for relaxed mornings and evenings or to find a moment to yourself. The dining room opens onto the luxurious kitchen, where you will find all you need to cook up some summer feasts, with the hardest decision being whether to dine inside or al-fresco on the terrace! There is a double bedroom and a bathroom also on this floor. On the lower level, you will find a further two twin bedroom and one spacious bathroom. All of the rooms on this floor have direct access to the garden, so you can wake up and stroll straight outside to enjoy the warm Spanish climate.
Cosy garden furniture on the terrace, lets you relax and gaze out over the beautiful countryside. Beside this terrace you will find the fabulous 8-meter-long swimming pool, surrounded by a wooden terrace, with sun loungers and seating, perfect for long summer days. The outdoor spaces are wonderful, an ideal retreat away in the sunshine. Behind the house, there is a sociable barbecue and dining area, ideal for spending time together.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.
