Villa Shea is a modern, renovated property with a bright and fresh style throughout. Located on the outskirts of Pollensa, in the area of Cal Mestre, the villa sits in the foothills of the mountains, perfect for a relaxed holiday away. Just a short 15-20minute walk from the town centre, you can spend days wondering the beautiful, charming streets of the Pollensa Old Town, enjoying the restaurants, shops and bars on offer. 
The villa has a warm and cosy atmosphere, making guests feel at home from the moment they walk in the front door. With all the living spaces on one floor, it is a very sociable villa, perfect for families with children. There is an open-plan, contemporary living and dining space, large glass doors, allow sunshine to flood into the space, whilst also offering access out to the terrace and pool area. There is a modern kitchen, complete for your use, although with Pollensa so nearby, you may want to dine out in the local tapas bars! The three, comfortable twin-bedrooms and two bathrooms are also on this floor.Outside, the front garden is planted with lovely trees and bushes. The pool terrace benefits from sun and some shade from the trees so you can swim all day long! The terrace is perfect for an evening aperitif or bottle of local wine, making the most of the long summer days. With the beaches of Puerto Pollensa only a short drive away, there is plenty to keep you busy, without ever having to travel far. Villa Shea is a fabulous retreat away for all the family
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain’s finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them.
